Happy Wednesday! I’m back with more daily eats for you from last week. I hope you’re having a good week, feeling in tune with yourselves, and believing in big things.
Before we dive in, let’s remember that the purpose of this post is to encourage you toward listening to your own body. Not to compare yours foods with mine, rather, to be inspired toward eating intuitively and away from dieting. I believe 100% that you do not need a diet to feel good in your body and that you’re safe to leave dieting behind.
This morning started out with breakfast with Marco before we each started work. Two over-medium eggs, toast, and two pieces of chicken breakfast sausage. Yum! I love breakfast sausage in the mornings. Sourdough toast is by far my favorite, but this day I wanted to use up the last of the multigrain bread that we had.
After breakfast, I met up with Asia and worked for HOURS from Ascendo. While we were there, we each got gluten free strawberry scones and espresso (cappuccino for me). Such a fun/feel-good treat amongst a workday.
When I got home from coffee, I made lunch before mine and Simi’s 90-minute Finally Free group coaching call. Gosh, I love our Finally Free girls so much! Girls, if you’re in Finally Free and are like “I didn’t make this call!” don’t forget we posted the call recording in our FB community for you to listen to!
Lunch was leftover butter pesto salmon (from Costco), potatoes (tossed in olive oil, sprinkled with sea-salt, and baked for about 45 minutes at 400), and sautéed spinach (sautéed in olive oil with sea-salt).
For dinner, I made Marco and I southwestern salad kits from Trader Joe’s (we each had a whole kit to ourselves) with rotisserie chicken from Costco, pulled apart. I also added half an avocado on top. Yum! This dinner was SO EASY and so good.
After dinner I had a dark chocolate PB cup from TJ’s (I buy the little packs and keep them in the freezer) and then relaxed for the evening before bed. Marco and I have been loving “Catastrophe” and “Life in Pieces,” both on Netflix. They’re each hilarious. Have any of you seen either show?
I hope you all have a great rest of your day!
