Here is the workout that I did yesterday at the Gym! There’s a typo on the Website. This was actually lower body, not upper
9:30am Green Smoothie with a spoonful of Organic Peanut Butter mixed in. Yum!
12:00 Spaghetti Squash & Pesto!
2:00 Carrots & Hummus plus leftovers from dinner (below – Tofu, Brussel Sprouts, Black Beans)
6:00 Dinner was Brown Rice, Broccoli, Chicken, and Avo bowl with Tamari. This is on of my most favorite dinner meals right now! Yummy!
I am so sore today from yesterdays workout! WOW! Today once I am off work, Marco and I are going to the Gym again and I’m going to work on Upper Body. Then, tomorrow is lower body again… Sunday will be a great rest day! My legs are going to fall off! Jamie Eason really know’s how to work you!
