3:00 Gym! 20 Minutes of Cardio Plus Day 1, Week 1 of Jamie Easons 12-Week Weightlifting Plan!
I am so beyond excited to be lifting weights. I’ve never been this motivated around Weightlifting – hello, Wedding Planning! I am having fun with it, and it is something entirely new for me! Here’s the workout I did yesterday!
It starts with Monday, and I started Wednesday, so this week I am doing:
Monday’s workout on Wednesday
Tuesday’s workout on Thursday
Thursdays workout on Friday
Friday’s workout on Saturday
Monday, start the regular schedule, and have my first week down!
Jamie Eason has you lift weights on Mon, Tues, OFF WED, Thurs, Fri, OFF Sat & Sun, which I will then be doing things like walking & stretching.
This is such a doable workout plan! I never lift weights, and this is how I am starting. Of course, I have Marco there to support me, so that makes me more comfortable, but I really think it’s doable for anyone. If you feel uncertain about how to do any move, she provides you with a video showing you how to do each one. It couldn’t be any more instructive. Try it!
After the Gym, Marco and I came home and I was so hungry! I made a nutrition packed dinner with Tofu, Bell Peppers, Onions, Black Beans, Brussel Sprouts (for me only – Marco hates em), and Salad with Romaine and dressing made up of 1 tbsp. Olive Oil, 1 tsp. ACV, and 1 tbsp. Tamari. Yum! That recipe is for both of our salads together
Well, I hope you girls enjoy looking through the workouts. Let me know why YOU like to include Weightlifting into your workout routine.
