Good morning all! So, the past two days my food has been 100% packed.
As you may have read, Wednesday & Thursday I got to help my Aunt Shelly with her daycare while she was recovering from Surgery. I left the house at 6:45 each morning, and didn’t get home until 9:30 on Wednesday (had another job afterwards) and 6:30 on Thursday (and then worked from home). That being said, I really had to prepare!
Both days, I packed Green Smoothies for breakfast. They’re not pictured here because I made them the next morning, and these photos were both taken in the evenings when I would pack my lunch.
The lunches are identical for both days – this made it easy!
Here’s what I packed:
Breakfast (7:30) – green smoothie
Snack (10:00) – coconut milk yogurt + apple
Lunch (12:30) – salad with garbanzo beans, cucumber, lentils and bruschetta + cilantro dressing
Snack (2:30) – cantaloupe + trail mix
Dinner (6:30) – quinoa, fish, and half an avo
Snack (8:30) – Larabar
On Thursday, my Mom brought over Blenders while Marco was visiting, so I also split a Acai Energy Blender with him. So yummy!
Okay everyone. I am off to work for the day. I’ll be off at 4, and ready to spend some time with my honey! This weekend should be really fun! I’m having a Stella & Dot party tomorrow, and after that going on a party school bus for a friends Birthday! Sunday’s plans are IKEA (yes, again!) and lunch with my Brother and Sissy ♡
