Go get a pedicure, go buy a new dress, go for a long walk at the beach with Coffee/Tea in hand… DO whatever it is that you love, and that makes you feel good! Today is a special opportunity to show yourself love. Heck, even if you do have a Valentine, appreciate yourself today!
Here are yesterday’s eats:
8oz Green Smoothie
Salad with spring mix, tomato, sweet potato, broccoli, cilantro dressing, gorgonzola cheese, and strawberries. I love adding strawberries to salads because it gives it the perfect extra flavor!
Peanut Butter Larabar
Handful of Cinnamon Almonds
Salad, plus 1 meduium chile + onion tortilla all warm and toasty, and 1/3 of the dinner I got the other night at Yolanda’s for Marco’s Birthday!
The food came out, and the plate was twice the size of my head. As you all know, I’ve eaten the whole plate before (a few times!!)… but Tuesday night, I decided… I know I’m not hungry enough to eat this entire plate, so I’m going to visit, drink water, enjoy Marco and my friends, and leave lots of leftovers.. It was great because when I got home I split the leftovers into 2 containers and turned 1 huge meal into 3 small meals

I encourage you to write down the times and what you eat today to see how your hunger schedule works. Wait to eat until you’re a little bit hungry so you can understand your body more.
