Hey everyone! I’m about to start Health Coaching, but I wanted to get a post up of my Friday and Saturday eats. Friday I was working all day, so I prepped a bunch of snacks to take with me. Friday will be mostly wordless.

Friday


Was hungry again about 3 hours after my Grilled Cheese and tomato soup I had with Marco, so the sweet boy brought me Urbane Cafe to my night job. You have no idea how happy I was…. I even took a few sips of his Peanut Butter Blenders smoothie… mmm!
I got a side salad with Chicken and Artichoke Bisque soup… Sooo good!
Saturday

Saturday morning, Marco and I went to Starbucks and the Farmers Market. At Starbucks, I got the Spinach and Feta wrap. Sooo good. I’m honestly in love! I also got a Soy Latte. My Saturday morning treat
At the Farmers Market (I keep writting out Farmers ‘Marco’) I got a whole bag of spinach, and a whole bunch of Kale for THREE dollars! Very good deal

After the Farmer’s Market (almost wrote Marco again. What’s up with me?) I went on a little Mother Daughter date with my Mama. We went shopping in Thousand Oaks and then got lunch at the Cheesecake Factory.
I got a Cappuacino

Anddd… I “Skinnylicious” Asian Chicken Salad. This salad was soo good, and soooooo huge! I ate half and took half to work for dinner. It actually saved really well and was great for leftovers.
While babysitting, I snacked on some unpictures almonds (just a small handful) and a Peanut Butter Larabar. The rest of the day was filled with playing and drinking water
Every since I got my Starbucks cup I’ve been staying very hydrated.
Other than the food, this weekend has been great. I’ve worked a lot, but have enjoyed every minute of it. PS, girls… I’m not recommending this because I’m not a doctor…. but I’m currently PMSing and I’ve been in a great mood. What have I been doing? Taking one 5-HTP before bed. Only during this week. I got them at Lassen’s and I swear it’s helped so much.
Normally, when I PMS I am:
- Hungry (!!)
- I feel bigger and bloated
- I’m extrememly indecicive
- My mind feels very wishy-washy
- I have a much shorter patience span
- I get offended very easily
Yea… PMS has never been fun for me… but, I’m happy to say that right now I feel great… It’s a miracle!
What do you girls do for PMS? I’m totally bitter at my friends that get none…. cough cough, Jade…

I am extra cranky too. I also get cramps badly enough that I spend half the first day with a heating pad strapped to my back.
And I eat tons of chocolate.
Usually Pamprin and heating pad work for me. I also cut out as much junk and salt as I can handle to keep from feeling puffy.

Do you know anything about apple cider vinegar pills? If so, what are your feelings on them? Thanks so much!
I’ve never heard of them! I drink apple cider vinegar in smoothies sometimes. I throw a splash in.
Apparently they make you feel fuller, you take two wit every meal and they help with weight loss, but I guess they are a more natural remedy?
Two 5-HTP with every meal? I feel like that would be too much! Low dose?
