Lunch

Here is a quick DELICIOUS post before I head off to work.

PEANUT BUTTER BOWL!

In the blender:

-1 lrg frozen banana

-2 scoops Vanilla protein powder

-2 pours of plain kefir (or a couple scoops plain greek yogurt)

-few second pour of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-a few ice cubes

-2 tbsp. PEANUT BUTTER!

Blend it all together

In a pan:

-Medium heat

-1 tsp. coconut oil

-a couple sprinkles of shredded coconut (unsweetened)

-small handful of slivered almonds

-cook for a minute or two until coconut is golden brown

Pour the thick “smoothie” (if you need extra thickness add more ice) into a bowl

Put the coconut almond mixture on top

Stick in the freezer for a few minutes so the toppings get crunchy (tastes like granola)

I have another special treat for you guys that I’m going to try out. It will most likely be up this evening so stay tuned!

For now, sending love to each and every one of you! Hope you’re doing great on the Challenge! Loving the facebook participation!

This looks yummy!
But why is it called a Peanut Butter Bowl if there’s no Peanut Butter?

P.s. Toasted Coconut = LOVE
