Good morning everyone! Hope you all slept great! I keep waking up throughout the night since I moved home. I’m pretty sure because my room here has much more light (plus, there is a streetlight outside my window.
The lights at night is worth all the sunshine in the day though! I love it!
So, do add to the end of yesterday, I had a little “snack pack” of Omega-3 Trek Mix (nuts and cranberries) to snack on, and a few dried mango slices. Other than that, just water and tea while I watched The Bachelorette with the girls!
This morning I woke up and had my usual coffee with agave and almond milk. Mmm, my favorite!
For breakfast, I had cottage cheese and fruit!
The blackberries were picked straight from our neighbors backyard! I love this time of year! Her plant is booming with berries! I also had some pineapple- this pineapple is so sweet, and so good. I can’t get over it! I’d eat the whole container if I didn’t have self control to save some for later! (I’d be so bummed if there were none left!)

Also, on Healthy Hits the Spot Facebook page, I shared a link for an article about goal making. It was a short and good article. Super simple! I goal a day, and each day you complete your goal you cross off the box. Visually, think of how great that will feel at the end of the month when you have most of the boxes (if not all) with an “X” in them!
My goal yesterday was to have a day of No Grains, Sugar, Cheese. DONE!
My goal today is to wash my car (poor Pri is soo dirty)
My goal tomorrow… we will see!
